Moruya Surf Life Saving Club

Founded in 1932, the Moruya Surf Life Saving Club is located on the South Coast of NSW.

The Club is located at Moruya Beach in Charles Moffit Drive, Moruya Heads. While our immediate patrol responsibilities are focused on the beach adjacent the Club, roving patrols are also dispatched to Shelly Beach at the mouth of the Moruya River and south along Moruya beach to Pedro Point.

Our patrol season and competition season commences in November continuing through until late in April.

Surf Life Saving is not just about fit young people running into the surf, it's about community members caring for the safety of others. Our current patrolling members range from elite athletes in their teens to senior members in their 70's - all making a valuable contribution.

Nippers or Junior activities are conducted at the beach each Sunday morning from 9.00 am from November through until Easter.

In addition to patrolling the beach, an active team of members also compete in local and national competition.
